Production Method:
TORICH is a professional honed tube supplier of Honed Tube, which is also called Honed Tube or Honing Tube.
Honed Tube, is usually produced by ID Honing process based on Precision Seamless Steel Tube as raw material, production method can be ID Honed or Skiving Roller Burnished.
Honing Tube is usually based on technical standard ASTM A519 SAE 1010, SAE1020,SA1026, SAE1045 etc or EN10305-1 or Chinese technical standard of GB/T3639, GB/T8713

TORICH Honed Tube is usually produced based on the following technical standard and Grade:
Standards: ASTM A519,DIN2391, EN10305-1, EN10305-4 etc.
Steel Grade: SAE 1010, SAE1020,SA1026, SAE1045,St37.4, St35(E235), St45(E255), St52(E355),etc.

ID Honed Tube cover the size Sizes Range:
Outer Diameter: 4-420 mm
Wall Thickness: 0.5-50mm
Wall Thickness: can be by mutual agreement with customer.

Production Process for Honing Tube:
Cold Drawn or Hot Rolled Seamless Steel Tubes →
Cold Drawing/Cold Rolling  →
Heat Treatment Annealing/Bright Annealing → (Repeat)
ID Honing or ID Roller Burnish → (Repeat) to final dimensional tolerances and ID roughness
Final inspection → Ready to Ship
