Instruction

Quick Detail:
Size range: O.D.:6-350mm     W.T.:1-15mm      L: According to customer Order
Grade: Low Carbon Steel Q235 Q345

Applications: for Bending and Flaring to Auto Parts

Manufacture and Production: ERW Tube+ DOM manufacturing
The tubing is made from flat-rolled steel shaped into a tubular form, the edges of which are joined and fused together by electric-resistance welding.
After forming and welding, the tubing shall be normalized and subjected to a cold-drawing operation that shall result in a 15% minimum reduction in cross-sectional area, of which 8% shall consist in a reduction in wall thickness. Subsequent to cold working, the tubing shall be normalized via an atmospherically controlled method to produce a finished product that will meet requirement of SAE J525.

Description:
Mechanical tubing made from hot or cold-rolled steel.
Covers electric-resistance-welded low carbon steel tubing for use as mechanical tubing

Advantage:
Good concentricity, Better price than seamless.

Cleanliness-  The Inside and outside surfaces of the tubing is commercially bright, clean, and free from grease, oxide scale, carbon deposits, and any other contamination that can not  be readily removed by cleaning agents normally used in manufacturing plant

Corrosion Protection -  The inside and outside of the finished tubing is protected against corrosion during shipment and normal storage. The corrosion preventive compound can be readily removed by cleaning agents normally used in manufacturing after normal storage periods.

Packaging - The tubing is packed in a way allow it to be transported and stored. Usually in bundles with hexagonal shape with strong strips and lifting string for loading and unloading. Could also follow purchaser's requirement and agreement.
